Good food when you can get it I live in Columbus and bring my daughter to Walmart in Lancaster to work she has to be there at 10:00 pm which is when Fat Cats is supposed to close but I try to call and order all the time at 9:30-9:40 but they never answer and I'm talking I will try 3-4 times a week but they never answer then I will go by and they are cleaning the kitchen with signs on and lights!!!! So they are just trying to get out of there so why not change your hours so you can leave early instead of disappointing loyal customers!!!! We have been eating at Fat Cats religiously for 30 years but the service just isn't what it used to be!!!! Hopefully they can turn into room for dessert find a new pizza place I guess eat it !!!!!!!!

Great pizza one of my favorites here in town. I recommend it to people any chance I get. The first time I tried it was on Washington Ave (I think) on West side. I was hooked I used to love the veggie with broccoli on it. Since then something seems different. I miss it before but it is still one of my favorite pizza places in town.

I just recieved the food i ordered from the sheridan drive location and my salad has rotton lettuce i mean the lettuce is black from being rotton i thought everything was made fresh daily if so then you need to hire people who know when something is rotton.

Bad service, my family and I waited over an hour for a pizza, while a guy at the bar that bought two beers received all of the waitress 's attention.

Sauce was WAYY to sweet. Crust was not done. Just nasty. Won't buy it agin.

Fat Cats pizza good place to eat! the service is fantastic, good pizza, thin crust we like the creamy garlic sauce YUM, and awesome macaroni and cheese bites. Live music as well on some nights. ENJOY

Great pizza! The sauce is amazing!

Once great but now mediocre. Hours are just awful and even when they're "open" don't expect someone to answer the phone every time. Says delivery will be an hour and they show up in 20 minutes. Don't give me a time if you have no idea how long it's going to take. Decent food ruined by terrible staff.

Absolutely horrible. We live 3 minutes away and it took 3 hours for it to come. 3 hours is unacceptable. This was the first time we’ve bought from here and will be the last. Dominos will be the choice next time.

We are extremely disappointed in this pizza. We love love love fat cats however every time we need it delivered we have to go through this one and 2/3 times we have gotten our pizza it's made us sick due to the pizza not being cooked enough and the third it was cooked through but we still got sick from it. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect but there is a difference between mistakes and poor handling of food. Now when we want fat cats we drive to Ety Road. Do yourself a favor and make the drive.
